Description :

Sprycel 20mg belongs to oral dual BCR/ABL and Src group of tyrosine kinase inhibitor approved for use in patients with chronic myelogenous leukaemia (CML). The main aim of Sprycel, are BCRABL, SRC, Ephrin’s and GFR.
Sprycel 20mg is a prescription drug which used under the supervision of doctor.

Indication :

Sprycel 20mg  is indicated for the treatment of adult patients having chronic myeloid leukaemia.
Sprycel 20mg is indicated for the treatment of adult patients having acute lymphoblastic leukaemia.

DRUG INTERACTION : 

Sprycel 20mg combination with CYP3A4 inducers will reduces Dasatinib plasma concentration.
Sprycel 20mg combination with antacids will decrease Dasatinib plasma concentration.
Sprycel 20mg combination with H2 antagonists/proton pump inhibitors will decrease Dasatinib plasma concentration.

PRECAUTION : 

Using of Sprycel will results in Tumor lysis syndrome; maintain sufficient hydration and correct uric acid levels before to starting treatment.
Sprycel will causes Risk of fluid retention and pleural/pericardial effusion; manage with supportive care measures and/or dose modification.
Advise females of reproductive possible to do not become pregnancy, which may contains the use of effective contraceptive methods, during treatment with Sprycel and for 30 days after the final dose.
